I've Lost It This Time....

Time is of the essence and if you don’t do something really quick fast in a hurry you might lose everything that you work so hard to attain.  Some of you are probably in a position or situations right now of losing your wife or husband to divorce or your job because of work performances or the boss just does not like you or some serious medical emergency that needs to be taking care of immediately.
There are many reasons why you could have lost it, but the real issue is how do you recover for these unsettling circumstances that have befallen you this time?

Do you give up and run as the cliché’ states ‘run to the border’ or do you find a way to look adversity right in the eye and face these hard issues?  Sometimes it may look so much easier to just run away for it all and not have to worry about anything ever again.  You could be free from all of those issues, and let others fend for themselves because you just want peace of mind and be stress-free.  Because what we all want to achieve is freedom and to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, no worries, just be happy.  We all heard those words before no worries, just be happy.

Is this what life is all about never having to worry about anything in life ever again?  Life sometimes makes you want to think of just losing it and pay the piper later if there is a piper to pay for whatever damages you may leave behind in your wake of losing your mind for a brief moment or two. You know when you lose it for that brief moment; it can have everlasting consequences that you do not think about before you lose it.  After your moment has ended others have to pick up the pieces of shattered lives that may be left in ruin, because of your moment of insanity.

So it there really a time in our life that we can really lose it and just go crazy and then in a split second come back to reality and think that everything is going to be alright?  That’s why we have to have control of our emotions on a second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, month by month and year by year.  Because there is never ever a really good time in our life that we can lose it and think everything will work itself out.

You have to put in the work and effort to make things better and just to keep the status quo so that you can make it through whatever adversity you may be facing at this moment in your life.  When you reminisce about past news events that we all probably read or saw on the television such as that Las Vegas shooter who lost it and destroyed 58 beautiful lives for no reason.  So is it ever a good time to lose your mind and go on a rampage?

If you feel like there is no tomorrow and all is lost, reach out to someone that you can confide in and let them know that you may need some help.  There is nothing wrong in talking out your most inner fears because talking is a way better way to releasing those inner demons than to release those demons and destroy yourself and others that may or may not be in your path for destruction.

You know sometimes we all want to just let it go and lose it.  We want to yell, scream, and use profanity like there is no tomorrow.  If you are human I know you had those feeling.  But you have to come back to reality and get ourselves under control again because we all are a work in process.  No one is perfect, but we must strive for perfection, each and every time.

We may not achieve perfection, but you at least tried to do better each and every day. Sometimes there is nothing wrong with as another cliché’ states “you can let your hair down” and then regain your composure and move forward with dignity and grace.
